I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Masters level intern with over 14 years of professional experience in child development, early childhood education, and counseling psychology. I deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed psychotherapy modalities—especially Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Schema Therapy—to support clients with depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship trauma, and unhealthy coping.
I design and facilitate culturally sensitive psychoeducational programs and therapeutic workshops for children, newcomer families, and caregivers, helping them build resilience and well-being across life transitions. I also co-lead professional development for educators and mental health professionals, mentor volunteers and students, and author early learning books that translate developmental support into practical, skill-building materials.
