I’m a data-driven Category Management intern, focused on improving partner growth through rigorous funnel, market expansion, and retention analytics. At Urban Company, I analyzed multi-stage onboarding drop-off data and built a forecasting buffer model to help consistently hit 100% monthly acquisition goals.

I translate messy operational signals into decision-ready insights. I processed outbound data-collection metrics to find supply gaps for expansion (Bangalore to Pune) and built performance dashboards that accelerated Business Development targets from 33% to 67%. I also isolated cancellation root causes using partner no-show data and designed a metrics-driven confirmation protocol that reduced customer friction from 6.0% to 3.5%.

Before that, as a Partner Onboarding Lead, I onboarded new restaurant partners and guided their setup to strengthen booking and takeaway adoption. I led the design of a partner-side onboarding experience using Figma prototypes, keeping the process streamlined and intuitive for restaurants.

I bring hands-on engineering into analytics through my AI-Driven Restaurant Intelligence project (Vibecoded). I architected an automated merchant vetting pipeline with Python and OpenAI APIs, built scripts to clean and structure thousands of unstructured reviews plus geospatial metadata, and applied sentiment analysis to surface supply-constrained growth opportunities.
