At Meesho, I analyzed cancellation and order-pattern data across 250+ brands, designing an automated feedback loop that cut cancellations by 3–4pp, lifted NMV ~4%, and reduced SLA from 8 to 3 days; I also owned P&L and ran pricing/UX analysis, reaching ~75% price parity and improving margins by 8–10%.

Before that, as a City Accounts Summer Intern at Zomato, I managed 50+ key restaurant accounts with 98% transaction accuracy and delivered 10+ weekly performance reports (300+ restaurant partners) that informed account strategy; I also designed a 5-year roadmap across 4 focus areas and 5+ KPIs, contributing to ~15% improvement in tracked performance metrics. I’m currently pursuing a PGP in Applied AI & Agentic Systems and building production-grade AI tools (LangChain, RAG, LLM APIs), including an autonomous multi-agent career-matching platform and an end-to-end e-commerce revenue & cancellation analytics project with SQL/Python/Tableau insights.
