At Calgon Carbon, A Kuraray Company, I led end-to-end delivery of the integration program for an SAP S/4HANA implementation spanning operations in the US, Europe, and Japan. I owned the program plan and built the cutover plan and deployment schedule for all 52 systems; the integrations were delivered on time with full business UAT approval.
At Paradies Lagardère, I led the dining segment of an SAP S/4HANA transformation across about 80 locations. I coordinated process design for a new Production Planning process and the dining cutover plan, then oversaw SIT and UAT and supported users through guides and training.
At Ahold Delhaize U.S., I led the HR and payroll integration program for a companywide merger, owning 170 integrations to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and ECP. I also oversaw cutover, testing, go-live, and hypercare, and led work on CBA stabilization and a two-way Kronos-to-ECP integration.
Earlier, at Nepstaff IT, I supported an Oracle Procurement Cloud deployment as the sole Business Analyst, owning requirements documentation and supporting testing and UAT. At HimalayanTechies (HT), I led custom PHP application development for external clients, coordinating developers and handling QA testing.
