I introduced AI-powered field mapping and validation in onboarding, reducing manual effort by 50%. I also built a self-service integration platform for enterprise customers and designed reusable approval workflows across the employee lifecycle.
At Credgenics, I owned the flagship legal-communications product and expanded it into a legal-tech suite that contributed 56% of SaaS revenue. I automated physical legal-communication workflows, driving 10x adoption, 4x operational performance and 57% month-on-month revenue growth.
I also led API partnerships and GTM at Credgenics, growing the enterprise customer base from 15 to 45+ accounts. Earlier, I owned discovery and delivery of a GUI Builder at Brane Enterprises, and at Justdial I owned product analytics and led the Pay-Per-Lead feature.
