What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a ServiceNow-focused role where I can own requirements, align stakeholders, and drive Agile delivery through SIT/UAT to ensure smooth go-lives, adoption, and measurable business impact.

I’m a Business Analyst / Implementation Manager who thrives on turning complex stakeholder needs into clear requirements, user stories, and functional specifications. I support ServiceNow initiatives end-to-end with strong scope alignment, change management, and client communication.

In my current role, I gather, analyze, and manage requirements for multiple ServiceNow initiatives, acting as the primary liaison between stakeholders, clients, development, QA, and end users. I facilitate Agile ceremonies, drive SIT/UAT readiness and business adoption, and produce key BA artifacts such as RTMs and acceptance criteria to ensure delivery quality.

I’ve also built a solid ServiceNow foundation through trainee consulting and platform development training, earning ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications. I bring hands-on exposure across Incident, Problem, Change Management, and platform capabilities like Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Flow Designer, and service catalog/workflow automation.
