I’m a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Braze developer with 4.8+ years of total experience (3 years in SFMC, 1.8 years in Braze). I plan, build, and execute personalized, data-driven marketing campaigns end-to-end—from sizing and timelines through deployment and reporting.

In my SFMC role, I design and manage responsive, on-brand email templates, audience segmentation, and data extensions using Contact Builder. I coordinate data loads and automate scheduled/deployed campaigns with Automation Studio, with working exposure to Journey Builder for automated customer journeys.

In my current Braze role, I plan and develop personalized cross-channel campaigns (email, push, in-app) using Braze Canvas and segmentation tools. I implement dynamic content and A/B testing, then analyze performance metrics to refine targeting and improve retention.

I’m known for translating business requirements into scalable campaign solutions through close collaboration with marketing and cross-functional teams. I bring a continuous-improvement mindset—monitoring deliverability, engagement, and conversion, and using insights to optimize future campaign performance.
