I'm a Full Stack Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience building and scaling high-impact software systems, primarily in the fintech domain. My work sits at the intersection of backend engineering, frontend development, and increasingly, AI integration - and I genuinely enjoy solving problems that sit at that intersection.

My professional journey started at Virtusa, where I helped modernize legacy systems and build fault-tolerant async messaging pipelines. From there, I spent three years at Societe Generale as part of their Lux Accounting and Reconciliation team, where I took on increasingly complex challenges - from reverse-engineering and re-architecting a legacy monitoring system (achieving a 60% performance improvement) to building scalable reconciliation platforms that eliminated 45+ hours of manual testing effort every week. I was recognized twice with a Spot Award for my contributions, which meant a lot because the bar was high.

Most recently, I've been working at UNC Charlotte while completing my Master's in Information Technology, where I've been building formal logic parsers, batch processing pipelines, and an MCP-powered AI knowledge assistant. It's been a great opportunity to go deep on compiler design, AI tooling, and system architecture simultaneously. Outside of work, as part of my academics, I built a custom arithmetic expression compiler from scratch - with formal grammar support, operator precedence, and both Parse Tree and AST are generated - which really sharpened my understanding of lexer/parser design and tree-traversal algorithms.

What I bring to a team is the ability to own problems end-to-end. I don't just write code - I ask why a system is designed a certain way, identify gaps, and design solutions that are clean, maintainable, and built to scale. On the technical side, my core stack is Java and Spring Boot on the backend, React and TypeScript on the frontend, with strong experience across AWS, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, and Oracle DB. Lately, I've been actively working with AI technologies - Prompt Engineering, RAG, MCP, and tools like GitHub Copilot and Cursor - and I'm excited about roles where AI is part of the engineering conversation, not just a buzzword.
