I'm looking to contribute to healthcare operations, public health, digital health, or consulting work where I can improve patient experiences through evidence-based, people-centred coordination and data-driven process improvement.

At QHT Clinic, I manage end-to-end patient and lead journeys for hair transplant procedures, from consultation and treatment planning through booking, pre-operative coordination, billing, and follow-up. I conduct 5–7 consultations daily and work across doctors, OT staff, patient coordinators, front desk, and data teams to support a smooth patient experience.

Previously, I coordinated care for 30–50+ patients daily at Galaxy Imaging & Path Lab and helped an 8-member cross-functional team at Minterminds improve conversion rates by 37% and active listings by 220%.
