At IBM Expert Labs, I develop enterprise applications that turn business data into dashboards, reports, and workflows. My work includes the IBM Return-to-Office compliance dashboard, which centralized workforce analytics, and applications for tracking production enhancement requests and staffing.
I also developed a document question-answering prototype using Python, LangChain, and retrieval-augmented generation, and explored AI-driven workflow automation. I work across application development and deployment, including React, Node.js, AWS, and Terraform.
