Manas Tripathi

I’m a Full Stack Developer specializing in the MERN stack (React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB), focused on building scalable web applications, REST APIs, and real-time systems. I bring a strong data structures and algorithms foundation alongside hands-on experience with authentication and secure, role-based access.

During my IBM internship, I independently created a full-stack job portal (Hirely) with job search, authentication, and resume uploads. I implemented JWT-based authentication for secure role-based access, integrated Cloudinary for scalable resume storage, and built REST APIs to power core user flows.

I also developed SKILLNOVA (LMS) with Clerk authentication and Stripe payments for paid course purchases, and QUICKCHAT as a real-time multi-user chat using Socket.IO. Beyond building features, I enjoy solving hard problems—I've completed 200+ DSA challenges on LeetCode—and collaborating to ship meaningful systems, including leading a team on an AI-powered smart civic issue management project.
