I'm looking to build reliable, scalable backend systems, automate complex workflows, and work closely with business, operations, and engineering teams to deliver high-impact production features.

At ZeroCode HR, I build Java REST APIs and cloud-native services for a multi-tenant HRM platform, translating business and operations workflows into production features.

I designed and owned LONG TERM INCENTIVES MANAGEMENT (LTIM), automating incentive-tracking and configuration processes for enterprise HR teams. I built its award lifecycle, approval workflows, participant portal, reporting, and audit-logged transaction capabilities.

I troubleshoot production SQL and application issues through root-cause analysis, improving query execution time by 40% and stored procedure execution time by 25%. My work supported a $1M+ client engagement and earned a company performance award for impact and reliability.

I also developed Unveil, a Flutter and Firebase event-management app with QR-based invitations and check-in, real-time attendance tracking, and a live organizer dashboard for 1,000+ events.
