Diya Goyal

I’m a Software Engineer with 3+ years of experience, primarily focused on Java backend development. I work with Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, REST APIs, and SQL, and have experience building enterprise applications as well as supporting production systems.

I enjoy solving practical engineering problems and understanding how things work beyond just writing code. In my current role, I’ve worked on customer-driven features, reporting integrations, APIs, debugging and production support, and new implementations. I also developed a Maker-Checker application involving secure workflows, JWT authentication, database integration, and deployment on Tomcat and WildFly.

One achievement I’m particularly proud of is winning 1st place in a company-level hackathon as part of a five-member team. It gave me an opportunity to approach a problem creatively and strengthened my interest in collaborative problem-solving.

Going forward, I’m looking for opportunities where I can work on scalable, product-focused systems, take more ownership, and grow technically. I’m especially interested in backend engineering, distributed systems, cloud technologies, full-stack development, and exploring how AI can be used to build better software and developer workflows.

Currently serving my notice period and available to join from 5th October.
