At The Farm Design, I run delivery for more than 15 projects a year across branding, packaging and digital, coordinating designers, developers and other specialists. I turn client briefs into scoped deliverables, timelines and budgets, and work with clients from kickoff through final delivery.
I introduced project trackers, SOPs and templates in Google Sheets and Docs to standardize project workflows and cut admin time. I also write proposals and rate cards and manage budgets, invoicing and payroll.
At The Submarine Coworking, I run daily operations, member services and facilities for a space of 30+ members. I raised occupancy to 95% through marketing, social media and partnerships, and organize events and member perks with local brands and vendors.
I founded Shelf Life, a startup building a food safety and packaging testing app, where I ran market validation, product research and technical feasibility.
