I seek a QA role focused on automation (Selenium/Python), CRO and A/B testing within an Agile, collaborative team where I can lead testing, improve quality, and develop technical leadership.

I am a Quality Assurance professional with three years' experience delivering high-quality web and mobile applications across retail, banking, and insurance sectors. I specialize in manual and automated testing, using Selenium with Python and pytest to build reliable test suites.

At Deloitte Digital and other organisations I led testing teams, developed training materials, produced new testing software that improved testing accuracy, and managed Conversion Rate Optimization experiments using Optimizely and Adobe Target.
