I am a dynamic Software Support Engineer specializing in VPN products and PHP backend systems. I combine technical troubleshooting with clear customer communication to deliver secure, reliable solutions.

I earned a Master of Science in Computer Science with Cum Laude honors and a BSc in Computer Science and Engineering from AIUB. During an internship at Intelle-Hub I developed PHP (Laravel) web applications and gained hands-on experience with MySQL and Bootstrap.

Since March 2022 I have been a Software Support Engineer at Kolpolok Limited supporting Symlex VPN, troubleshooting network and server issues, configuring setups, and optimizing service performance. I also handle server load balancing, iOS/Android debugging, and cross-functional collaboration to improve product quality.

I hold Zendesk, Atlassian Agile, and Microsoft cybersecurity certifications that reinforce my customer-service, agile, and security knowledge. I seek roles where I can solve complex problems, mentor others, and help scale secure, high-availability services.
