What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote US/UK/international customer support roles where I can deliver empathetic chat and phone service, resolve complaints quickly, and grow in a fast-paced team with clear standards.

I’m a Customer Support Specialist with 6 months of hands-on experience handling inbound customer queries through live chat and phone. I stay calm and solution-focused under pressure, while maintaining a positive, empathetic tone.

In my call centre and chat support work, I resolved customer complaints efficiently, met response time targets, and supported customer satisfaction standards. I also maintained accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.

Currently pursuing a BS in Applied Psychology (6th semester), I build on training in counseling, human behavior, communication psychology, and cognitive processes. This strengthens my understanding of customer needs, conflict resolution, and effective communication.

I’m fluent in English and Urdu, with fast typing skills and proficiency in MS Word. I’m available for remote international roles, flexible with time zones (including night shifts), and ready to learn new tools quickly.
