At Health Tech Academy, I scaled a Circle.so community from zero to 5,000 active users in six months and increased 30-day retention by 42% through structured onboarding and engagement programs. I also managed KPI reporting, Jira workflows, Canva graphics, contests, AMAs, webinars, and live Zoom sessions.
