What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role that combines administrative support with retail operations, where I can manage inventory and cash processes accurately, lead staff, and deliver consistent customer service while growing in responsibility.

I have five years of working experience in the retail area, performing reception and administrative duties while also stepping into multiple leadership roles. I’m comfortable with face to face engagement, relationship building, and managing the day-to-day pace of a busy shop floor.

In roles including supervisor, warehouse manager and cash office manager, I handled fiscal invoices and ensured sales accuracy, monitored fast and slow selling merchandise, assessed expiration dates, and kept stock stable through careful checking and processing. I also supported financial management and book keeping—preparing daily breakdowns of cash sale reports, managing end of day cash up, and handling payments and branch accounts.

I further bring strong operational discipline from managing daily front of house and back of house activities, inventory levels, staff roasters, and training employees. I’m equally confident in reception and admin support—booking appointments, preparing invoices, handling purchase orders and bids, researching product cost, emailing, and resolving customer complaints to build loyalty.
