At Soft Engine Ltd., I troubleshoot common issues, log problems, and share clear details with the development team. I also create and update simple user guides and FAQs, collect user feedback, and suggest improvements that help the application get better over time.

Beyond support, I’m also a Photographer, videographer, and AI voice and data trainer. I bring a data-focused mindset from my skills in Business and Data Analysis and Data Science, along with decision-making, critical thinking, and strong teamwork.

I’m motivated to work in a collaborative environment where I can keep learning and contribute to real product improvements. My background in Business Studies, plus experiences supporting others through Rover Scouts and BNCC, strengthened my leadership and reliability under instruction.
