I developed a ChatGPT-based Returns & Sales BOT for ecommerce and defined AI agents with LLM integrations. Saara’s returns optimization product reduces returns by 20% and has a 4.9 global rating.

Before Saara, I led product strategy and engineering at MintM for a cloud-based retail analytics platform, and co-founded Wit Innovation, which grew to 70+ employees and a $2M+ revenue run rate before its exit. I started my career delivering embedded software at Symbol Corp and Intel Corp, including work on wireless, RFID, and LPD protocols.
