I'm looking to grow closer to Growth Marketing, applying content strategy, demand generation, experimentation, and marketing operations to create measurable business impact.

At AMentoria ENEM, I lead the organic content operation across channels, connecting planning, production, audience analysis, and business goals to drive growth and lead generation.

I've contributed to an organic operation that generated more than 13,000 leads, with over 70% classified as MQLs. I turn audience data, performance metrics, and content experiments into measurable actions while improving production processes and coordinating Copy, Design, Social Media, and Commercial teams.

Previously at Atena Branding e Conteúdo and CPGO, I planned content, optimized website copy for SEO and conversion, managed projects, supported CRM follow-ups, and built digital communication strategies for different audiences and business objectives. I'm focused on growing closer to Growth Marketing and becoming a reference in the field.
