What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can combine communication, teaching, customer service, and HR operations skills to support people, improve processes, and contribute to institutional success.

I deliver English Version curriculum at South Point School and College, creating lesson plans, assessments, examination materials, and structured evaluations that support student performance.

Before teaching, I spent over two years in customer service leadership at Genex Infosys Limited, managing web chat, social media, and digital-platform support. I tracked tickets, maintained CRM documentation, and worked toward response-time, resolution-rate, and customer-satisfaction targets.

I also bring HR internship and management training in recruitment, HR systems, employee documentation, and operations, supported by an MA in English Language and Literature.
