I'm ready to handle escalated product support tickets that need domain knowledge, drawing on my experience with North American real estate workflows, accounting software, and tracing issues to their root cause in the data.

At Single Point Ventures Inc., I support the asset management team of a multifamily investment firm with 4,000+ units across the US and Canada. I investigate rent roll, T12 statement, and property report discrepancies before they reach lenders and partners.

I also coordinate requests among property managers, lenders, legal counsel, and vendors, following up until each is closed. I track recurring deadlines and document requests for financing and refinancing processes.

At Harrington Housing, I handled day-to-day requests from management and on-site teams across a residential rental portfolio. I followed up on rent collection, tenant communication, and maintenance requests, and maintained property, tenant, and lease data for operational and financial reports.
