What I'm looking for

I'm focused on applying finance-domain expertise, data, automation, and AI agents to improve reporting, analysis, budgeting, product intelligence, and management decision support.

At JS Bank, I lead Business Intelligence & Analytics across Retail, Branch, Consumer, SME, Digital, Private Banking, Customer Experience, Administration, and the COO’s Office.

I develop Power BI dashboards, analytical solutions, budgeting tools, and performance-management reporting that strengthen financial control and decision-making. I’m also exploring AI and MIS agents for automated reporting, analysis, and management support.

Across JS Bank and Silkbank, I revamped MIS models and reporting processes, reducing turnaround times from eight hours to three hours, 15 days to 10 days, and 15 days to three days. My work has included KPI dashboards, feasibility and valuation models, profitability reporting, variance analysis, and monthly business reviews.

Previously, I led accounting at MUFG’s Karachi Branch, improving financial reporting turnaround from 15 days to two days and automating regulatory returns. My foundation in audit at KPMG and 18+ years across accounting, banking, analytics, and automation helps me build practical finance transformation solutions.
