In my current Billing Specialist role, I investigate billing variances across multiple systems and keep invoice and account records accurate in a high-volume operation.

I prepare itemized invoices and statements, process billing transactions, and support month-end reconciliation. I also research recurring errors and implement corrective actions to reduce repeat discrepancies.

I work with operations, finance, and customer service to verify billing data and follow internal policies. When customers raise questions or disputes, I investigate charges and document the resolution.

Previously, as a Content Moderator at Telus International, I reviewed user-generated content against policy parameters and documented decisions and edge cases. I also contributed to workflow improvements that streamlined moderation queues.
