What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role in animal or aquaculture nutrition where I can lead feeding-trial work, run lab analyses, and apply my production/quality background to improve growth and feed efficiency.

I’m an M.S. candidate in Animal Science with hands-on experience in monogastric and aquaculture nutrition, feed manufacturing, quality assurance, and production operations. My work blends practical nutrition applications with performance-focused measurements, from feed efficiency calculations to tissue protein metabolism outcomes.

In my Graduate Research Assistant role, I manage day-to-day trial execution—diet preparation, system oversight, feed intake and growth monitoring, and scheduling sampling and analysis. I design feeding trials, run whole-body proximate analysis, and support biochemical assays using western blot and UPLC-based amino acid profiling, with a focus on glycine and mTOR cell signaling in growth of juvenile hybrid striped bass.
