I've supported Alcorn State University's Mississippi Small Farm & Agribusiness Center loan program for nearly three academic years, reviewing applications, organizing files, and maintaining confidential borrower records.

Alongside my M.S. Biotechnology thesis-track studies, I support greenhouse research operations by collecting observations, maintaining organized records, and collaborating with faculty and research personnel. I've also presented research on identifying and characterizing Sclerotium rolfsii on pepper seedlings at research symposia.

Previously, I trained new Raising Cane's crew members on procedures, service standards, and fast-paced workflows while handling customer transactions and food-production operations.

I bring science training, documentation discipline, customer support experience, and strong written and verbal communication to hospital support, clinical research, quality, and corporate operations roles.
