I’m a detail-oriented Support System Specialist with over five years of experience troubleshooting and maintaining communication equipment in the military sector. I serve as a subject matter expert across antennas, laptops, radio equipment, satellites, and vehicle maintenance.

I diagnose and test communication equipment while demonstrating proper usage techniques to users. I ensure full functionality of equipment through rigorous testing before deployment in operational environments.

I bring hands-on network and radio expertise, including configuring Cisco routers and switches from the ground up and ensuring adherence to TCP/IP standards. I also apply extensive Harris radio knowledge, including VRC-89-90 for vehicle operations, and I set up OE 254 antennas for communication with distant units.

I’m equally strong with deployment readiness work—executing cable assembly and managing cable organization in both server rooms and outdoor environments. Recently, I’ve also worked as a Fiber Optic Cable Installer and completed broadband wireless/fiber installer roles through hands-on field learning.
