I'm seeking a substance abuse counseling role where I can support patients in achieving their personal recovery goals in the least restrictive environment.

At El Cajon Comprehensive Treatment Center, Acadia, I conduct supervised individual and group counseling, complete assessments and treatment plans, provide crisis intervention, coordinate aftercare, and deliver case management. I also act as a liaison among patients, referral sources, and insurance carriers while maintaining timely, clear documentation.

Previously at Apex Recovery, I led AOD counseling groups, supported admissions and client monitoring, documented progress, and served as a mentor, advocate, and motivator to people in recovery. I bring clear written and verbal communication, high ethical standards, and a collaborative approach.
