I am a compassionate and dedicated counselor with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and a minor in Forensic Science from SUNY Oswego. My journey in the field of counseling began with a commitment to continuous learning and personal growth, which has shaped my approach to supporting clients. I specialize in implementing evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI), ensuring that I meet the evolving needs of individuals on their recovery journey.

Currently, I work as a Substance Abuse Counselor at Foundations Medical Services, where I provide individual counseling sessions to clients struggling with substance abuse. My role involves helping clients identify the root causes of their challenges, developing coping strategies, and setting achievable goals for recovery. I also facilitate group therapy sessions, fostering a supportive and non-judgmental environment for clients to share their experiences and learn from one another. My dedication to maintaining ethical standards and advocating for my clients drives my passion for this work.
