I'm seeking a role that leverages data-driven process improvement and cross-functional collaboration—ideally in home health or outpatient care—where I can lead quality initiatives and mentor clinicians in an outcomes-focused culture.

I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy with 6+ years of clinical and operational experience in home health and outpatient settings, focused on optimizing therapist performance and patient outcomes.
