I’m a security and infrastructure leader with 15+ years designing, securing, and operating global hybrid environments. I specialize in Zero Trust / Secure Service Edge (SSE) architecture and Microsoft identity (Entra ID, Conditional Access), with a strong focus on measurable risk reduction.

At Ocean Partners, I architected and rolled out a Zero Trust / SSE model (Netskope), fully retiring a legacy WatchGuard SSL VPN and delivering always-on secure access for the entire workforce. I also hardened global identity posture across 160 accounts using Entra ID Conditional Access and compliance policies, driving near-zero account takeovers.

I bring AI and automation into day-to-day operations. I deployed Abnormal AI for email security to drive phishing reports and quarantine noise to near zero, and I stood up the company’s first production AI agent—paired with PowerShell and n8n automation, including an air-gapped AI help-desk triage agent on Azure-hosted GPT and a cross-console device-health reconciliation pipeline ensuring 100% management coverage.

I manage vendors and budget (~$600K), supervise and develop staff, and translate security risk into business-aligned action across distributed teams. Earlier in my career, I led enterprise client migrations and security-hardening work as a Network Engineer (VMware/Exchange/file servers) and built production systems as a Systems Administrator, including a long-running .NET/SQL web app.
