Performed shop work focused on proper service and delivery to customers, following correct service procedures and shop maintenance practices. Received Findlay training, Electronic trainings, and 609 MVAC Technician training, and gained experience with repair orders and alldata.

Provided Guest Services with an emphasis on creating a fun, upbeat environment for guests and teammates. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and used knowledge of the venue to improve guests’ experiences.

Currently enrolled in Advanced Training Institute’s auto mechanics program, focused on practical shop training and correct professional procedures. Completed 3 modules with a 90% or higher and continues the program.

Completed high school diploma from Desert Oasis High School. Earned MVP for the Las Vegas Improv league and won multiple speech and debate tournaments.
