At EY-Parthenon, I led technology separation strategy for the acquisition of a multinational API manufacturing business, defining a standalone architecture and migration roadmap around business continuity and TSA exit requirements.
I also led an enterprise data transformation program, defining a future-state ecosystem across master data, reporting, governance, and regulatory reporting. I developed a vendor evaluation framework and coordinated stakeholders through UAT, data reconciliation, golden-record validation, and production readiness.
Previously, at EY, I architected and deployed Lighthouse, EY's enterprise intelligent forecasting platform, across 6+ business sectors. At Changing Room, I calculated clothing sustainability ratings and modeled a recommendation system using images from 400+ brands.
