I am an international studies graduate with strong research and analytical skills focused on cultural diplomacy, China studies and the evolution of cyberspace. I combine academic knowledge with hands-on operational experience to deliver measurable results.

In industry roles I conducted market research, managed social media campaigns, set up customer feedback systems, and supported administrative operations as a virtual personal assistant. I analyzed data, prepared reports and presented findings to leadership.

I have practical experience studying Chinese through a certificate program at Pingxiang University and applying cultural communication and etiquette while working with diverse clients. I also designed a digital library and supported educational programs as an assistant English instructor.
