What I'm looking for

I’m looking for Executive Assistant to the CEO, Chief of Staff or Project Coordinator roles in Tbilisi or remotely with global teams. I’m open to B2B contracts.

At Orbi Group, I report directly to the CEO and coordinate 10+ strategic projects across departments, including retail openings, commercial leasing and a parking facility development. I also helped reduce contract approval time from about two months to two weeks by co-designing a workflow for department heads to review documents before the CEO signs.

At European University, I coordinated accreditation for 13 academic programs, all of which received unconditional accreditation. I also coordinated InnovaVet, a World Bank-funded project delivered on schedule and within budget, and an Erasmus Mundus project with seven partner universities.

At Caucasus University, I coordinated accreditation across existing and new programs and supported reaccreditation of a dual-degree program with the University of Grenoble. I redesigned biannual evaluation analysis for students and staff, creating Excel dashboards that the University President approved for integration into the university database.

At EVEX Medical Corporation, I coordinated training programs, including a two-year critical care project with Mayo Clinic that trained more than 300 medical staff. Across my work, I use clear action plans, named owners and deadlines to keep projects moving, and I work with tools including Google Workspace, ClickUp, Trello, Slack and DocFlow.
