I'm converting US university syllabi into structured eight-week online programs for LearningMate through Boolean Tabs Private Limited. I define course scope, objectives, instructional approaches, assessments, and module resources with university stakeholders and SMEs.

Previously, at Vidyalankar Institute of Technology, I designed ADDIE-based learning experiences for Engineering Mechanics, Engineering Graphics, and Renewable Energy Management. I mentored 500+ learners annually, trained faculty, led syllabus development, and used course-outcome analytics to improve instruction.

I introduced visual and 3D-model-based learning to improve retention in Engineering Graphics, where abstraction made concepts difficult for learners. I also coordinated MOOCs, faculty development programs, accreditation activities, and cross-functional academic stakeholders.

Through my independent Learning Experience Design studio, I build ADDIE case studies, Articulate Storyline 360 storyboards, microlearning modules, and curriculum audits. I’m bringing 16+ years of technical and engineering education experience into corporate instructional design, learning consulting, curriculum development, and training management.
