What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can build analytics and dashboards end-to-end, apply ML to customer/dealer problems, and ship data-driven decisions in an Agile team. I want to keep growing with cloud analytics and big data tools (Azure/AWS/GCP, PySpark, Databricks).

I’m a Customer Experience Data Analyst with 2.5 years of end-to-end analytics experience at Bajaj Auto, turning customer and dealer data into clear, stakeholder-ready decisions. I’ve built SQL-powered Power BI dashboards, defined KPI standards and data governance rules, and led walkthroughs that improved adoption across regional teams.

I also apply applied ML in Python—building Random Forest, Ridge Regression, Logistic Regression, and Cluster Analysis models—to predict dealer performance, optimize DHI parameter weighting, and reduce complaint resolution time to ≤5 days. I’m comfortable working in Agile environments, leverage GenAI to accelerate SQL development and automate EDA workflows, and I’m actively pursuing cloud analytics with Azure/AWS/GCP and big data tooling like PySpark and Databricks.
