At Clodura Systems Pvt. Ltd., I contributed to product delivery for AI SDR (Atlas), Clodura's AI-driven outbound sales agent. I authored a Sales Email Guide that shaped messaging across a five-phase sequence framework and seven email styles.
I also authored PRDs for rules-based mailbox selection, health scoring, and sending-limit decisions, and specified a Google Postmaster Tools API integration for sender-reputation monitoring. I contributed to the early-stage evaluation of RevNOS, which was not implemented.
As Product Manager, I directed product lifecycle work from ideation to market launch and partnered with engineering, sales, and marketing on feature updates. My work included data analysis using PostHog and user research to refine features and workflows.
