I am an MBA (Finance) graduate with hands-on internship experience in HR operations, coordination, documentation, and reporting. I progressed from HR Intern to HR Executive during my internship, demonstrating strong organizational ability and reliability.

My experience includes recruitment coordination, onboarding documentation, maintenance of employee records, and creation of internal trackers and reports using MS Excel. I have supported internal teams with administrative tasks and facilitated internal communication and task follow-ups.

I have practical exposure to data entry, record maintenance, employee engagement activities, and basic compliance processes, complemented by a Certification in Data Analytics with Power BI. I balance attention to detail with time management and multitasking skills to deliver consistent operational support.
