What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a junior Data or BI Analyst role, ideally remote across APAC or globally, where I can use SQL and Power BI to deliver actionable business insights.

I completed an end-to-end e-commerce analysis of 100K+ orders, using SQL and Power BI to turn raw data into business insights. I built an RFM model with CTEs and window functions, plus a star-schema dashboard to identify high-value customers.

My analysis found that funnel and customer-retention delays beyond seven days were associated with review scores falling from 4.4 to 3.9. During my internship at 科学城(广州)城市更新集团有限公司, I also maintained daily project-progress trackers, verified records, and supported document digitization and client communication.
