I’m motivated to take on a job position where I can learn and grow within a company—applying business analysis, process mapping, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven strategy to support end-to-end delivery and transformation initiatives.

I’m a Business Analyst/Consultant with 4+ years of experience across Consulting, Textile, Distribution, and Finance, supporting end-to-end delivery of project management initiatives.

At Deloitte Mauritius, I performed market research and analysis across 20+ African countries for a leading banking client, evaluating regulatory environments, customer behavior trends, digital banking maturity, and competitor presence—then synthesizing insights into structured reports and dashboards.

I also conducted business analysis and consulting for healthcare clients, including structured stakeholder interviews, end-to-end process walkthroughs, and HRMS/CRM modernization. I delivered To-Be process design documents, authored Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and supported transformation roadmaps for system upgrades and process redesign.
