What I'm looking for

Je recherche un poste de responsabilité opérationnelle où je peux piloter une agence ou centre de profit, optimiser les performances commerciales et RH, développer les équipes et assurer la conformité administrative dans un environnement orienté croissance.

Je suis responsable d'agence expérimenté, spécialisé en gestion d'entreprise, recrutement et optimisation des performances opérationnelles. Depuis 2016, je pilote les activités RH et commerciales d'une agence du groupe Atoll, en assurant recrutement, gestion administrative et suivi des indicateurs de performance.

Précédemment j'ai créé et dirigé des entreprises de services, lancé une franchise et exercé des responsabilités de co-gérant en distribution, ce qui m'a apporté une solide expérience en management d'équipes, formation, négociation commerciale et conformité juridique.
