At Infosys, I support Workday AMS and resolve production issues involving Custom Reports and Integrations. I investigate errors and data discrepancies, work with business users to clarify issues, and document resolutions.

In my AI Research Agent project, I built an agent that breaks complex queries into research tasks and uses tool calling to access external information sources. I designed its workflow for gathering information, analysis, and structured responses.

I also developed a RAG-based Knowledge Assistant for questions about a private document knowledge base. Its pipeline processes documents, creates embeddings, retrieves relevant context, and connects that context to an LLM for grounded responses.

Through personal AI agent projects, I explored prompt engineering, API integrations, tool and function calling, and agent memory. I'm currently focused on moving into AI Agent, Agentic AI, and Generative AI Engineer roles.
