At Infosys Limited, I developed autonomous AI agents for an enterprise multi-agent RAG system, using LangGraph supervisor workflows for reasoning, tool selection, and multi-step tasks. I also implemented hybrid retrieval with BM25, vector search, and Reciprocal Rank Fusion.
I developed FastAPI services for a logistics monitoring proof of concept and a generative AI chatbot for incident resolution using Azure OpenAI, LangChain, and historical ServiceNow tickets. My work includes MCP tool integration, semantic retrieval pipelines, and prompt tracing and evaluation with LangFuse.
