At Infosys, I support Workday AMS, investigating production issues involving Custom Reports and Integrations and documenting troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
I built an AI Research Agent that breaks complex queries into research tasks and uses LLM reasoning and tool calling to gather information and generate structured responses.
I also developed a RAG-Based Knowledge Assistant for private documents, connecting document processing, vector search, and retrieved context with an LLM. I'm currently focused on transitioning into AI Agent, Agentic AI, and Generative AI Engineer roles.
