I’m a full-stack software engineer focused on building backend systems, APIs, and large-scale conversational AI platforms that power high-volume outbound customer interactions. In my current role, I’ve taken end-to-end ownership of production features from design through deployment, monitoring, and client delivery.

I led a flagship multilingual conversational agent supporting 8 languages and handling 500,000+ calls/month, becoming the second-highest revenue-generating product for the company. I built REST APIs with Python and Django, owned prompt engineering for a production LLM-powered voice agent, and delivered analytics pipelines for direct client impact.

To keep reliability high at scale, I integrated STT/TTS providers, debugged AWS ETL/export jobs, monitored via Sentry, and tuned infrastructure including load balancing. I also engineered a scalable webhook architecture using PostgreSQL hstore to capture and relay user-spoken entities across 20+ enterprise clients.

I’ve supported stability and performance by tuning Celery workers, Redis queues, and FreeSWITCH logs, reducing memory usage and eliminating crash loops. I complement this with frontend upgrades in AngularJS and TypeScript, modernized libraries, and implemented notification throttling to improve user experience.
