I’m a Clinical Resource Nurse at St. Joseph Hospital, where I float between CC floors (PCU/ICU/ED), med surge floors, and support floor staff with training and development, including training on new/old equipment and procedures. I also serve as an overnight hospital supervisor preceptor/trainer, using my clinical knowledge and communication to strengthen patient care and consistency across units.

Before this role, I worked as a Float Pool RN, responsible for admissions, discharge, education, clinical assessments, and management of patient care across CC floors (PCU/ICU/ED) plus telemetry and ortho med surg floors. My background also includes patient care roles as an LNA/Patient Care Services team member—supporting acute care and geriatric residents with vital signs, blood sugars, EKGs, and ADL’s—so I bring strong rapport building, a team oriented centered approach, and hands-on clinical experience.
