I've delivered patient-centered nursing care across Johns Hopkins Home Care Group, Johns Hopkins Health Care System's medical-surgical float pool, and Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center's acute inpatient rehabilitation unit.

In home care, I manage 15–20 patients, complete full-system assessments, educate patients and caregivers on disease and medication management, and coordinate safe transitions home from acute-care hospitals and skilled nursing facilities. I provide wound, VAD, central-line, catheter, PleurX drain, and phlebotomy care while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams.

Across acute medical-surgical and rehabilitation settings, I've used clinical judgment to recognize changes in condition, interpret labs and vital signs, support discharge planning, and promote safe patient independence. I've also served as charge nurse, precepted new nurses, and supported safe staffing and unit coordination.
